Healthy way/normal way, I guess to eat at least 1,200 cal a day, exercise, eat healthy and understand that weight loss is best slowly, because otherwise the weight will be gained back easily. The most important part I think though, is to set realistic goals, never give up and cheesy as it sounds love yourself. You are capable of so much, and through the healthy way I realized I was capable of doing more pushups than boys, run a mile, do full splits, and still be thin and healthy. The whole no carbs/sugar thing sounds really hard :( I guess I can recommend skim chocolate milk as a binge worthy treat because of all the protein, calcium and delicious chocolate taste.
